The layout allows for easy rearrangement of furniture to suit your event's unique requirements. - **Convenient Access:** Enjoy hassle-free parking with ample open parking available. The venue is wheelchair accessible, with direct access from the parking lot for your convenience. - **Comprehensive Rental Package:** Your rental includes the use of the inviting front entryway and the expansive open room in the back, and bathroom as showcased in our video. Optional lights and projector available. **Important Information:** - **Furniture Arrangements:** Please note that tables and chairs are not included in the hourly rate. Details on pricing for these add-ons can be found during the booking process. - **Setup & Tear Down:** We encourage you to include setup and tear down time in your booking. While we strive to accommodate requests for additional "free" time, availability will depend on the scheduling of other events. - **Viewing Appointments:** We welcome you to schedule a viewing of the space, subject to availability. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves

Great venue, he was very responsive to any concerns or questions I had. Even tho the Bluetooth speaker didn’t work I went and bought one and still had an awesome time. Enough space had for the event we had. I will book again. Thank you for everything. Me and my family enjoyed our time and your building.

We had a very good experience. Party room, front room and bathroom were all clean and everything we needed for our small party. We were able to access the building very easy. Pretty safe area and plenty of parking near the door. Chris was very responsive and usually responded within 30 minutes to my messages.We put in a very last minute request for the table and chair option and they were there the day of our party. I will definitely consider booking here again.
