Features 53″ Wide seamless photography backdrop Our 53” wide seamless photography backdrop is perfect for portraits, head shots, 3/4 body shots or for 2 people who are intimate such as in wedding or engagement photos. I’ve also used this length for capturing kids, infants, small pets, and small products. For portraits, you’ll likely use a fairly tight lens (about 50mm-200mm for a full-frame camera) to avoid distortion. These focal lengths also work well for the 53” seamless paper as they avoid showing the sides of the roll as you zoom in. Of course, you’ll need a certain distance (perhaps 6’-20’) in front of the backdrop to work with these focal lengths. The 5.3, chrome-finished stainless steel 20" Chrome C-Stand with Grip Arm Kit from Savage presents a new twist on an age-old design for a support that's an industry standard. The stand's stainless steel double risers have a 5/8" top stud for lights with a matching receiver. The removable turtle-type base allows you to replace the double riser with the included Junior to Baby pin adapter for low-angle shooting or with the kit's additional 20" riser. Another benefit is the "lazy" or "Rocky Mountain" leg that can be elevated for balance on uneven surfaces. One of the legs also has a 1 1/8" receiver that accepts the 20" riser for supporting fixtures in tight places. 
The grip arm is a 40" long steel tube featuring two grip clamps with a range of 0.3 to 1.4" that can be moved anywhere along the rod to accept arms or accessories. A hanging hook is also included for further mounting options.

This 10.75' Impact Turtle Base C-Stand Kit, in a chrome finish, is comprised of a C-stand, 2.5" grip head, and 40" extension arm. The stand features a patented locking mechanism that allows the legs to swing out and lock into place for easy setup and collapse flat for storage. The included extension grip arm fits neatly into the stand's removable 2.5" grip head, allowing you to offset the stand and cantilever flags, gobos, or lights out of the way of the action. The stand has a low center of gravity which allows the mounting of heavy equipment without tipping.
