About the Space
Our location has a showroom where we usually display our vehicles. The vehicles can be moved for your booking. We also have offices that can he used and a car garage where we do maintenance on our vehicles. Other areas that can be used is our parking lot. We can hold over 30 vehicles. Amenities that we have are two bathrooms, a break room and parking.

Lighting description
In the vehicle showroom, there are huge windows that allow natural lighting. In our office spaces there are small windows in which blinds can block the natural lighting.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
We cannot hear our neighbors. Depending on the room, you can hear traffic outside. In the bigger offices you can hear the traffic, but in the the garage, showroom and event space you are unable to hear the outside traffic. No sounds from appliances.

For the garage, we have a large door that items can be transported in. Inside the showroom, we can expand the show doors in order to allow vehicles in.

There is backrooms or offices crew and talent can use.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
The only room off-limits is the upstairs office.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
It is located in the back where we work on the vehicles.

General Rules
-No smokiing in the building
-Guests must provide additonal insurance and valid permits for all vendors
-Furniture must be moved back to where you found it.
-Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
-Front door must be locked upon departure from the space.

Yes, as long as everything is put back to it's ordinal location, that works. For excessive moves, we do require one of our staff to be on-site to make sure nothing is broken.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have security systems such as Ring and ADT, the cameras are in public areas. Videos will be left on unless negoiated and agreed on by both parties.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We have a hired professional company come in weekly to clean our building. We also have a deep-cleaning company come in every periodically to ensure cleaniness.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
