About the Space
Entering the building more than 5 minutes before your rental starting time will result in additional charges automatically billed to your account. If you do not wish to be charged an early arrival fee, please arrive at your rental starting time, thank you! This space comes included with up to 4 podcast recording microphones, lighting and a sound mixer to ensure that you have all of the recordings. The room is about 2,000 square feet, the backdrop and decorations can cover about 450 square feet and is perfect for a customizable setup. The podcast set offers a wide range of props including tables and chairs, sofas, other furniture, plants, books, a computer, wall dividers, and a lamp. Guests are more than welcome to bring their own props as well. All of the props from the pictures on this listing are fully usable. A diffused spotlights illuminate this space keeping it bright for easy photography and videography needs. There is a huge bathroom and a large green room for guests to hangout in as well. It is fully soundproofed, so guests can talk at a normal level within the green room without interrupting the podcast. We have professional film lights setup in the room. We have a full setup for audio recording including 4 microphones and headphones for up to 4 people. We have a full sound mixer. Audio can be recorded having our sound mixer plugged into a computer with Garageband, or through an 1/8th inch cable plugged into the guests camera. Please note that our location is in a warehouse district, and while we strive to maintain a quiet environment, there may be occasional background noise from neighboring businesses.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

We love this space, and it's all the equipment you need. You certainly do get some noise from the gym next door. However, with a simple email to the owner before my second booking, he said to stop over and that he would gladly turn the music down! We can't wait for our next shoot!

The hosts here have been great, but the studio is not ideal for podcast recordings. The studio is right next to a gym with loud music, you can hear the toilet flush next door, and semis are constantly backing up their trailers to neighboring buildings. I understand the hosts have no control over outside noises but it's enough that I would not have set up a podcast studio here. So if you're looking to record a high quality podcast, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Such a cool space! The lighting was perfect for our podcast shoot, and the setup was comfortable! The only downfall is the neighboring building is a weightlifting gym. So there is lots of music and other noise. But the microphones are high quality, so in post-production, editing out background noise isn't a problem. I'll for sure use this space again! Love working with Jonny! He is always quick to respond! He also makes sure your shoot is set up for success!
