About the Space
The space is a 15-acre rolling hills property with a renovated tobacco barn. The 3000+ sq. foot structure is ideal for photo shoots, film shoots, workshops, and curated events. Property features include a green house, two ponds, a forest, an orchard, cattle, and horses. Designed by one of Nashville's top interior design firms, the barn boasts a three seasons porch and usable kitchen if needed. We also have a 1956 classic Spartan trailer which has been renovated/decorated back to its original condition. Currently, the trailer is inside the barn and makes for a fun backdrop or prop. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
