About the Space
We’ve got the space you’re looking for! Our beautiful home sits on .5 acre and we are eager to host you for any occasion! Birthday parties, hibachi dinners, proposals, engagement parties, baby showers, weddings, music video shoots, family gatherings and more!! We have a large concrete and Grass areas as well as a swimming pool, grill and outdoor dining area. We’re happy to accommodate any/all needs!

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors

The host was soo amazing! i loved the space it accommodated our Company Christmas Party with more than enough space. The host was very catering, even helped with arrangements that I had forgotten. Very communicative. I will most definitely look into renting the space again. Thank you soo much Crystal, you were the best. I appreciate all your assistance and care soo much! Beautiful space very open!
