About the Space
Come use our space for your next party. We host up to 100 people. We have a pool, a large yard with several tables and plenty of outdoor seating. You can rent in summer, spring, fall, or winter. We have lots of great sun and shade. Yard is comfortable enough to seat up to 40 at a time. Covered patio with 55 inch screen, 100 inch screen with projector, karaoke speaker and microphone. So much fun to be had!

Health and Safety Measures
We make sure to clean high touch surfaces between bookings. We clean our pool regularly and have it chemically treated weekly at minimum. There is about a quarter acre of property altogether.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
