Ditch the Clique Studios empowers you with resources to work, host, and create your best life! Our 220 sqft self-service loft style studio with great natural light, a jungle of plant life and quirky feminine accents is your one-stop spot for media content, workspace, and event needs. We are located in Gowanus, Brooklyn just a few minutes walk from the F and G trains at Smith-9 Street and R, W, D, N trains at 4th Av-9 Street with street parking available. Our 14ft ceilings and windowed wall allow for ample natural light for photo and video shoots and the open concept floor plan is perfect for hosting. Plus access to the rooftop with a Manhattan and Brooklyn skyline view is available. Props may be moved as needed. Our space hosts a variety of features for your inner creative, including: A “woman cave” aesthetic featuring 6 backgrounds. 1. Cozy white couch + window 2. Textured wall + ornate mirror 3. Professional makeup vanity station 4. Quirky, pink maximalist wall 5. Exposed brick wall 6. Rooftop with skyline view We provide equipment for your media needs, including: 2 bi-color studio spotlights 2 Tripods 2 ring lights 1 phone spotlight Multiple phone mirror mounts Pop up private changing tent In addition to media equipment, our space features: Large cloud couch sectional 50” impressions vanity lighted mirror 6ft floor length ornate style mirror 2 workspace desks 2 common area board rooms Off suite restroom Our space is self-service for your ease of access. After booking, you will be sent 2 access codes that allow you into the building, and into the space. The codes are unique to you and timed for your booked hours only. You will also be sent instructions on locating and entering the studio, how to use the equipment, studio rules, and wi-fi information. The space is used by creatives, artists, and businesses for actions including but not limited to: photo shoot, video shoot, social media content creation, user generated content, brand marketing, day of wedding bridal suite, hosting meetings, hosting events, promotional video, web series shoot, podcast recording, fitness videos, apparel shoot, product staging, and more

We have one party table (6 foot) in storage and can provide it for you if you specify.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

My experience with renting the space was perfect in every way. Rachel made sure that I had everything that I needed for my proposal. I absolutely appreciate all the help she provided to make everything smooth and she was always quick to answer all my questions. The roof view was a huge bonus to this spot with gorgeous views. I would most definitely recommend the space to others. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot.
