Large Multi-function Video & Photo Content Studio

Welcome to our Studio A space! The studio is a 1300 square foot space, 60 feet long and 22 feet wide. It includes a make-up/dressing room with a large mirror and has 10-foot ceilings. The shape of the studio allows for multiple scenes or sets to be used along either wall, and there are large windows for natural light, with blockers available to control the light as needed. There's also an entire second wing that can be used for storage but will be renovated for even more sets! For Production: The studio is perfect for interviews, podcast recordings, photoshoots, headshots, content shoots, live production, family shoots, seasonal shoots, and streaming. Events: The studio is also great for corporate gatherings, launch parties, birthdays, and mini-private parties. Other Features: • The hallway is painted a vivid blue that can also be used for shoots and pictures. • We provide furniture and props, nearly all of which is on wheels for easy rearrangement. • We have a photo backdrop with multiple colors and backgrounds. • We are located in the Art District Zone of Silver Spring, and our building also has a large eclectic mural that can be used for photoshoots and other artistic shoots. • Street parking is available for loading, and long-term parking is available across the street. • There are many great places to eat near the studio. • The studio can be rearranged and adjusted to suit your needs. • We have 2 x light kits available, including soft box, fill, and back lights. • We also have color LED lighting available to place as needed for your set. Pricing: $99 per hour, with a 3-hour minimum.
