About the Space
This is an incredible space with tons of charm! The Marathon Works building was built in 1884 as a care manufacturing company. We have two studios available. One is more of an office space setup with three offices, two meeting spaces, a large entry, and an open room for presentations for a total of 2100 sq. feet. The other smaller studio is perfect for video and photography. We also rent our high-end video and photography gear separately.

General Rules
- No smoking in the building.
- Outside catering is allowed.
- We do allow some non-aggressive dogs on the property.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have a camera in both studios so we can monitor who is coming and going for security purposes.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We hire professional cleaners to ensure the space is clean upon entry.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
