Studio Room 2 - Warm, spacious, inviting studio room in North Bethesda for dance rehearsals, creative workshops, and special events. This gorgeous studio is one of two large studio rooms in Elements Urban Arts Collective (EUAC) arts venue - located in the heart of North Bethesda, MD. Room size is 700 square feet. Room is viewable from lobby by CCTV. Room features bluetooth speakers, mirrors, television, air purifiers, and optional streaming equipment for virtual classes (additional fee required). Two unisex bathrooms located in the lobby. Fits up to 20 people. Room rents out for $65/hour. 2 hour minimum. Accessible lobby features worktables, chairs, comfortable seating area, large television, and two unisex restrooms. Rental includes reasonable, shared use of lobby for breaks only. We are a dance company that are offers regular programming for youth and adults. So, rental hours may include times when other classes are occurring in alternate spaces. While the lobby area will be accessible to you, exclusive use of the entire EUAC space for your event (full lobby access + studio 1) should not be assumed UNLESS booked separately.
