About the Space
PERFECT STUDIO SPACE FOR HEADSHOTS, POD-CAST, SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATION, PORTRAITS OR MODEL DIGITALS. Fully equipped with strobe lights, seamless or canvas backgrounds, industrial background options, or great natural light for digitals or modeling photos. BEST light is 11 AM to 3 PM. Lighting equipment included in booking fee: * 2 Godox Strobe * 1 Interfit Strobe * 3 soft box options * 2 Beauty dishes. One standard and 1 light weight collapsable * 1 Battery powered strobe with soft box, barn door or snoot. * Multiple colors of Seamless paper available for $15 per pull. * Black, brown and light turquoise canvas available no additional fee. * Industrial background options and river front nearby. * Free, safe, onsite parking lot with stairs, ramp, and loading dock, carts and elevator. * Makeup and dressing area in studio. * Common space for alternate background options if no live events in that space.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

AMAZING!! She was so kind and TOOK HER TIME TO HELP US!!! I felt so welcomed and respected. She was very patient with us and taught us so much. The space was beautiful and cozy. I took my own photos with my sister and she stepped out and gave us the space to do so while letting us know that she is out there to help us when needed. 12/10 recommend. Pricing is EXCEPTIONAL and FAIR! I will definitely come back if needed.
