This downtown studio is a small by mighty space located in a historic building, perfect for photoshoots with a small group of people. With large loft windows, there is an abundance of beautiful natural light. The studio features white walls, hardwood floors, and modern eclectic decor. The studio offers a versatile space for portrait, boudoir, product, and family photography. There are a variety of colorful backdrops available, or you can use the space as a blank canvas to bring your own ideas to life. Features and amenities: - Adjustable backdrop stand - Folding color block board backdrop - Fold out futon couch - Small furniture for styling - Hardwood flooring - Changing area - Light stand for studio lights (upon request) This space is available for: - photo/film shoots - content creation - vlogging - film shoots - commercials - etc PLEASE NOTE: there is no AC in this unit. Fans are provided but on hotter days, be aware that it gets very warm. **Due to current construction nearby, the studio may get dusty between rentals.
