About the Space
our Space is perfect for any Video Production needs as well as Photography to even an event space/office (meeting space).. The Space is made by Creative people for Creative people. Up to 4 different set designs can be created as it is the ultimate flex space of 1000sq ft. We also offer Podcasting and Music Recording space as well. Its the ONE SPOT SHOP for Creating content and Productions.

Parking description
10 cars fit within the parking space. across the street which is 0.5 miles from the studio are additional parking. As well there's parking in the street.
General Rules
No Smoking or Drinking inside and No Minors unless they are the talent using the space with a parent or guardian present. No Guns Allowed on property. Catering is allowed. A 150.00 Cleaning fee will be on Hold and returned when the studio is left cleaned. If not the Fee remains non refundable. Production insurance is not required Furniture and decorations may be moved Props and Furniture can be moved as long as it is placed back where it was.

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities High surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
