About the Space

WEEKLY AND MONTHLY RATES AVAILABLE Our storefront offers a newly renovated space in a prime Chicago location. We have 4 customizable 75" 4K displays to promote your space through our storefront window, or pricing options for vinyl displays. We have a list of our approved vendors available, and our team would be more than happy to advise on the logistics for a smooth activation period. Our flexible storefront allows for easy accommodation for Pop-Ups, studio spaces, and other events. Our on-site staff is ready to help transform the space to fit your unique needs. Our security is comprehensive and customizable. With our storefront being able to accommodate full and limited access to your staff. All of the access is done through smartphones. We offer a customizable back of house with an ADA accessible bathroom, lockers for your staff's personal items, cold storage for food, and 2 flat screen televisions for monitoring camera activity. Complete and sectioned off lighting control is available as well. Blackout curtains, backdrops, and greenroom spaces available upon request. Additional storage available upon request. Public serving of alcohol is not allowed unless an approved vendor provides their liquor license with their service, and all attendees get IDs checked to ensure they're 21+ years of age. All cosmetic and functional damage must be resolved before completion of contract. COIs needed for select clients. Please note: To ensure a seamless event experience, we have a few standard procedures for every booking: - A security deposit will be required, which will be refunded post-event, minus any damages, if applicable. - We need a Certificate of Insurance (COI) with our company listed as additional insured. - Renters are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and hiring security or fire guards, if required. - Renters are also responsible for arranging cleaning and garbage pickup, or you can opt to hire our company for these services.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
