Indoor and outdoor space available for use. Downstairs includes large kitchen and tv room. Separate living room and attached dining room. One Restroom downstairs. This space is available for: - Events / Special Events - Birthday Parties - Family Reunions - Holiday Party - Bridal Shower - Baby Shower - etc Please reach out if you have any questions or are interested. We look forward to working with you and hosting your next event booking! Our neighborhood is adjacent to the Bolsa Chica Wetlands and down the street from Huntington Central Park.

I rented this space for my baby shower and it was amazing. Sarah was very helpful, accommodating, friendly and responsive. My guest were all impressed with the Sarah’s beautiful home and how comfortable the space was. I would 100% rent again and would recommend this space to everyone.

This home was the perfect venue for my nieces, baby shower. Sarah was very easy to work with, and made us feel very much at home. It’s a beautiful home with lots of places for people to sit and she allowed us to use her extra tables and chairs. Highly recommended.

Sara and Evelio were great hosts and had great communication. They let me see the place first and were very accommodating. My event was for a family celebration with 20-30 people. On the day of the event, I did arrive 1.5hrs later due to picking everything up for the party, but they were very understanding about it and still great hosts. My family enjoyed themselves. The place was perfect and would recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, spacious, and nicely decorative home venue.
