About the Space
STUDIO B FEATURES White cinderblock 12' walls Grey epoxy floor 2,287 sq ft 80 amp circuits kitchen with working appliances and gas stoves relaxed lounge rolling tables grade-level loading conference room and kitchenette private offices Great for video, photography, small events, vendor workshops, makers markets and events, artist workshops, and educational classes. This space can be decorated and lit to be very inviting!

OUr space is private and silent. We do have other studios but the sounds never impedes on other productions going on.

We have a printing room next to the kitchen that doubles as a dressing room. There is also a private bathroom.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
Only Studio B and the kitchen therein, dressing room by request.

General Rules
Enter through the back door parking/loading area. Remove all trash when finished. Sweep and spot mop if necessary.
All ages are allowed in the space
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Move around things and clean up after.
Smoke machines are allowed

Security cameras and recording devices
We have security alarms and cameras. We are a shared space and insist upon respect for our neighbors.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We sweep, mop, and shine to keep all surfaces and floors clean.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
