About the Space

This large (1,300 sq ft) studio in Gowanus, located near the F, G, and R trains, has tall ceilings and huge skylights for even, natural light all day. It has white walls, great for photo/video shoots, a large table for working (all furniture can be moved), and two extra rooms in addition to the "main" open area, for storage and office space. There are plenty of outlets on every wall, powerful and adjustable central AC and heat, WIFI, and elevators and bathrooms on the floor.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
