Waterfront Venue Space on East Lake Union

We have a beautiful event space on East Lake Union, ready for your business meeting, photo shoot, baby shower, Yoga class, dance practice or event. Located right over the water on Lake Union, we also have a dock that can be rented for an additional fee. The main event space will seat up to 150 guests or 300 standing. All the tables, chairs, plates, utensils and glassware are included in the venue rental. Rather you need a U-Shape conference set up or large 72” rounds, we create a custom layout for your needs. The space includes an overhead projector, screen, microphones and basic speaker system. (Our system works well for streaming a playlist too!) Our venue offers sliding glass doors that open all the way to our covered patio, creating an open air atmosphere. Our black leather couches and cocktail tables can be incorporated into your venue layout, helping to create a great mingling space. *Linen service available for an additional per linen fee. Our covered patio overlooks the lake while you stand under twinkle lights next to our gas fireplace, watching the boats and sea planes pass by. With easy access to I-5, the 520 bridge and South Lake Union we are easily accessible to all areas of the city. There are also amazing hotels in the area, making it a great location for meetings with out of town guests. Rates: Monday - Thursday $300 an hour (4 hour minimum) Friday - Full day $4500 or Half Day $2500 (some restrictions apply for half day, just ask!) Saturday - Full Day $6000 or Half Day $3500 (some restrictions apply for half day, just ask!) Sunday - $450 an hour (four hour minimum) Full day is $4500 We do offer catering services, please inquire for options! Please include set-up and break down of your event in the rental timing needed. A venue manager will be on site for your event, making your day a breeze and helping with any questions.
