This space is incredibly versatile, allowing you to use it in a multitude of ways to suit your needs. Adjacent to the living area, you'll discover three additional rooms, each of which also benefits from an ample infusion of natural light. This layout allows for the simultaneous use of various spaces to accommodate different activities or styles. Lighting and Ambiance: Our studio is blessed with large windows that flood the space with invigorating natural light, creating an ideal setting for capturing bright, crisp photographs. Additionally, we have a separate room designed to be dark and moody, providing an entirely different ambiance that's perfect for experimenting with dramatic and atmospheric shots. Unique Features and Amenities: * Multiple Backdrops: We provide a variety of backdrops that you can use for your photoshoots at no extra cost. This is a commercial establishment equipped with ample parking facilities. In theory, we have the option to allocate up to five parking spaces for a studio, though there has never been any inconvenience in securing additional space if needed.

The windows in the space are large and allow a substantial amount of natural light to enter, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. To control the natural light, there are several options available. We have large blinds that can be adjusted to regulate the amount of light coming in. Additionally, we have curtains that can be drawn to block out the light if needed. These options provide flexibility in managing the natural light to suit your preferences. The brightest times of the day in this space typically occur from 8 am to 5 pm. During these hours, the room is flooded with abundant natural light, making it an ideal time for tasks or activities that require a well-lit environment.

Ambient noise description

No, none of these issues are a concern in this space. You won't hear your neighbors, the location is not on a busy street, and there is no noise from appliances or the AC system. This space is very quiet and provides a peaceful environment.

Yes, there is a loading zone available. The entrances do not require a ramp, but it's important to note that loading trucks will need to be moved as they cannot remain in the loading zone indefinitely.

General Rules

Studio Rules and Guidelines To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please adhere to the following studio rules: * No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building. For the comfort of all guests and the safety of our space, please use designated smoking areas outside. * No Animals: To maintain a clean and allergen-free environment, we regretfully cannot accommodate pets in the studio. Service animals, as required by law, are an exception. * No Glitters: Glitters can be challenging to clean and may leave lasting marks. Please refrain from using glitters or similar materials during your time in the studio. * No Unauthorized Use of Private Office: The private office located in the back of the studio is not included in the rental. Please refrain from accessing this area, respecting the privacy of the office space. * Respect the Space: Feel free to rearrange furniture and equipment to suit your needs, but kindly ensure that everything is returned to its original placement after use. This helps us maintain an organized and functional space. * Clean Up After Yourself: Maintain the cleanliness of the studio by picking up and cleaning any mess created during your visit. Dispose of trash in provided receptacles. * Professional Cleaning: We take pride in providing a fresh and clean studio environment. Our professional cleaner prepares the space before each rental. Please assist in keeping the space in the same condition. * No Smoke Machines or Smoke Bombs: The use of smoke machines, smoke bombs, or similar devices is not allowed due to safety and ventilation considerations. We appreciate your cooperation in abiding by these rules to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. If you have any questions or need clarification, please don't hesitate to reach out. Yes, you can move the furniture within the building, provided that you are responsible for returning it to its original location. However, it's important to ensure that you handle the furniture with care to avoid any damages. Regarding wall decorations, it seems that they are not meant to be moved or removed. It's typically best to leave wall decorations in place unless you have specific permission from the building management or owner to make changes or remove them. Always consider seeking approval or guidance from the relevant authorities before making any alterations to the space.

Hello, We prioritize the safety and privacy of our studio space, and we want to inform you about our security measures. We've installed security cameras and recording devices in two specific areas of our studio: my personal office and the makeup room. These areas are not included in the rental agreement and are off-limits to clients. Please be aware that these security cameras are not present in the living room and the three other rooms, which are camera-free, ensuring your comfort and privacy while using those spaces. They ensure that all surfaces are sanitized, floors are cleaned, and the space is in top condition before your arrival. Cleaning Between Bookings: Our cleaning team is scheduled to clean the studio between bookings. This means that every time you book our studio, you can rest assured that you are walking into a fresh, well-maintained space. Commitment to Cleanliness: We are committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, so you can fully enjoy your time in our studio without any concerns. If you have any specific questions or would like further details about our cleaning process, please feel free to ask. Your peace of mind is our priority, and we're here to ensure your experience is comfortable and worry-free.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
