Beautiful Brownstone Oasis in Frankford Ave Philadelphia PA, enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Places of interest that you may want to see are the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Liberty Bell,Independence National Historical Park, Philadelphia Zoo,The Franklin Institute, Please Touch Museum, Philadelphia Magic Gardens, Spruce Street Harbor Park, Love Park, The Academy of Natural Sciences,The Mutter Museum, Betsy Ross House, Smith Memorial Play Ground/house Sesame Place/Shady Brook Farm. Lastly, the house is fifteen minutes from Philadelphia Convention Center and Reading Terminal. This space works well for any group whether they are small,medium or large, each space has a unique feel where one can free their thoughts without any limits. There are three seating areas that can seat 10 plus people. There is an enclosed porch, a large kitchen and a private room on the ground floor with half a bath and 1 bedroom. There are 5 bedrooms on the second floor that can sleep up to 9-10 people and 2 full bathrooms.
