About the Space
Event Space in a rustic farm house can host up to 60 guests indoor and also has an outdoor space with access to a beautiful pool and farm with goats and chicken. The grounds boast beautiful gardens and a coi pond that is the perfect setting for wedding pictures. Space is perfect for outdoor weddings with an indoor or outdoor reception, baby showers, anniversary parties, birthday parties and reunions. Our indoor space has a private room with a bathroom that has an entrance to the indoor event space as well as outdoor space. Perfect for making a special entrance. The private room can can but utilized as a dressing area for brides, grooms or the guest of honor.

General Rules
No smoking allowed in the building.
Outside catering is allow but no cooking allowed on site.
Events must end by midnight.
Children must be companied and supervised at all times by parents.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We have outdoor security cameras which will be on.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We clean and disinfect surfaces, floors, bathrooms and door handles between events.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
