Initial Inspection:** - Our cleaning team begins by conducting an initial inspection of the villa to identify areas that require special attention. **2. Ventilation:** - We open all windows and doors to allow fresh air to circulate through the property, promoting a healthy and fresh environment. **3. Removal of Linens and Towels:** - All bed linens, towels, and any other textile items are removed and placed in laundry bins. **4. Deep Cleaning:** - Our skilled cleaners perform a thorough deep cleaning of every room, including: - Dusting and wiping down all surfaces, including countertops, tables, and shelves. - Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors to remove dirt and debris. - Cleaning and disinfecting high-touch areas such as light switches, doorknobs, and remote controls. - Sanitizing and cleaning all kitchen appliances, including the refrigerator, oven, and microwave. - Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, including the toilet, shower, and sink. **5. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
