Rustic trailer with colorful, adorable interior. Outside, enjoy a natural patio area with table and chairs, surrounded by native trees and dappled sunlight. The space has a peaceful, tucked-away vibe and pairs beautifully with other on-site locations at ArtFarm Movie Ranch. The trailer is a part of our 12-acre ranch, which is just an hour from the city, tucked into the famous Angeles National Forest. (For productions: We are IN the secondary studio zone.) Some amenities listed/pictured ONLY apply to the larger property. Please inquire about any features that catch your eye so we can let you know where on the property it is. For example, we do have an on-site recording studio, pool, and open-air saloon, but those are not included in the trailer booking. OUR PROPERTY: We have a main ranch house up the hill from the trailer with a gorgeous view of the property, lawn seating, hammocks, a gazebo, and our adorable goats, chickens, and ducks. Other cabins/trailers include our little red barn with loft beds, our mini glamping cabin, and our eclectic stain-glass patchwork cabin. There are lots of other vintage trailers/vehicles on site as well (including an FBI surveillance trailer!) Our open-air saloon and game parlor gives a rustic/country feel, and is a great place to hang out. Our canyon-view pool has phenomenal views and lots of lounging space as well. Obviously, we're in the great outdoors, so there's lots of open space with beautiful backdrops for both events and shoots. PRICING: What you see is the BASE PRICE. This guarantees use of the trailer specifically. If we need to clear any other area of the ranch for your event, that will be an "add on" or separate booking. If you want to rent out the entire ranch, we can discuss rate depending on your usage/impact and crew/group size.
