Our luxury property is available for your production needs. Bring your photographer, videographer and equipment🌟 We have a small videography studio featuring green screen, white seamless backdrop, textured leaf backdrop and basic lighting equipment. Featuring 1500 sq ft of interior and exterior space, we are located just 10 minutes from the strip and 5 minutes from the airport. Featuring large stone fireplace Hardwood floors Gorgeous patio with wooden shade structure & fire pit Large front lawn with lots of trees, shade and cover Wi-Fi included No parties. Available 8am to 10pm 7 days a week 10% discount for 8+ hour or multi day bookings

Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
