Cozy Yurt with Desert and Mountain Views

Cozy, rustic, authentic. Hand-crafted by our team of set construction/decorators. Includes a romantic king bed, couch, desk, and woodfire stove. Also has a private wraparound patio with seating and a vintage shower area. We are just an hour from the city, tucked into the Angeles National Forest. (For productions: We are IN the secondary studio zone.) The Yurt is a part of our 12-acre ranch. Some amenities listed ONLY apply to the larger property. Please inquire about any features that catch your eye so we can let you know where on the property it is. For example, we do have an on-site recording studio, pool, and open-air saloon, but it is not in the Yurt. OUR PROPERTY: We have a main ranch house up the hill from the Yurt with a gorgeous view of the property, lawn seating, hammocks, a gazebo, and our adorable goats. Other cabins/trailers include our red barn with loft beds, our mini glamping cabin, our eclectic stain-glass cabin, and vintage boho-vibe trailer. Lots of other trailers/vehicles on site as well (including an FBI surveillance trailer!) Our open-air saloon and game parlor gives a rustic/country feel, and also is just a great place to hang out. Our canyon-view pool has phenomenal views and lots of lounging space as well. We have an adorable western town (once a movie set) with a country kitchen & funky themed bathrooms/gorgeous showers. These can be utilized by crew. Obviously, it's the great outdoors, so also lots of open space with beautiful backdrops for both events and shoots. PRICING: What you see is the BASE PRICE. This guarantees use of the Yurt specifically. If we need to clear any other area of the ranch for your shot, or event, that will be an "add on." If you want to rent out the entire ranch, we can discuss rate depending on your usage/impact and crew/group size. WE LOVE VISITS! Come check out our space.
