About the Space

A modern Texas hill country style home. An open layout with large picture windows throughout with tons natural light too! A complete stone fireplace and main living room wall, wood accents, beams and extra details make this home unique. Large outdoor living space complete with modern pool, offset spa, stone firepit, a fireplace under the patio with large living and separate dining spaces. Windows on the backside of the living space look out to the back patio.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Jeremy was very accommodating and flexible. His home is absolutely stunning and the perfect venue for an intimate gathering. Exactly like the photos. We hosted our baby shower here and everything was perfect. Would highly recommend!
