Offering this premium space at a significant discount. I am especially interested in supporting independent and student projects. It is two bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a clean white interior space for aesthetic versatility. I will be onsite as is required by my building HOA. I have experience as a feature (nu) producer and AD, and am comfortable on set. Sound: windows are not sound proof and you can hear the traffic Doors: doors are not soundproof and sound will travel from one room to the other, despite closing of doors. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
