About the Space

This is space is built for recording a podcast. we record up up 6 people on our equipment at one time. We have TVs in the space a bathroom in the studio and we have a lounge area. There is no smoking. We have enough sitting room to seat about 10-12 people total in the space. The studio is also surrounded by restaurants. So feel free to wait at one of these places as you await your time to record. Or make an evening out of your booking by visiting a one Ferndale's fine restaurants after your booking. we also have music recording equipment is well. if you want to book to record select the music booking option.

Health and Safety Measures

After every session we have we wipe down the seats and the recording equipment. We also clean our bathroom and sanitize and clean our floors.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
