For photographers, videographers and content creators -- welcome home! We offer studio room rentals and studio memberships. With each one off rental you get access to 2 studio rooms within the co working unit. The photo rooms are not intended for large groups. Comfortably fits 4 adults in a single shot. 1. Creative room, long and rectangular with beautiful natural light 2. Moody room which can also act as a mini changing room or makeup room. There is a small client closet you are welcome to use as well as an assortment of props, chairs, moveable wall and fabrics. I have newborn pillows/fabrics, swaddles, newborn bean bag (located in exit of small studio room) and a few wardrobe pieces/maternity gowns. Current Set: Last photos - Big Studio Room has the blue velvet couch, moveable wall, paper reams, and brown leather couch. The small studio room has a blow up bed (beige comforter or blue velvet comforter in the closet) and the pink chaise with boho room divider and cow hide rug. Moveable Wall: seafoam green and on the other side beige Paper Backdrop Colors: purple, white, brown *Boudie friendly For spiritual leaders, breathwork facilitators and yoga instructors: The studio can also be used for your workshops, breathwork sessions and sound baths. There is special pricing after hours when there is no longer natural light for photographers! Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
