About the Space
This event space is perfect for up to 45-50 seated guest. It’s a perfect for Baby Shower, Gender Reveals, Birthdays, meeting space and so much more. You can bring your own decor, but of course we also offer decoration packages and set up for your event. You may bring outside food and drinks. The event space has tables and chairs to accommodate 45-50 guest. You have access to a sink and a small refrigerator in the space as well. We also have other rental items for a fee such as Throne chair, kids table and chairs, linen for tables, marquee number and much more items. Please make sure when adding time frame you include your set up and breakdown in your time chosen.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Viviana who was the host, was very professional and courteous. She was very helpful. The place was very clean and organized, the only problem was with the air conditioning. The air conditioner was on, but the place didn’t get cool. The space was just 1000 feet and the air wasn’t strong enough to make it cool! I would rent again if the air conditioner issue is fix. Thank you for everything.

Ladies, Ladies, LADIES !!! Do not let this one pass you by! By far the best experience I have ever had with booking and decorations! Not only does Vivian have extraordinary customer service but her decorating skills are 10/10 oh and her venue is wonderful. I only have great things to say about booking with her and can’t wait for my next event to use her again!
