This event space is perfect for up to 40 seated guest. It’s a perfect for Baby Shower, Gender Reveals, Birthdays, meeting space and so much more. You can bring your own decor, but of course we also offer decoration packages and set up for your event. You may bring outside food and drinks. The event space has tables and chairs to accommodate 40 guest. You have access to a sink and a small refrigerator in the space as well. We also have other rental items for a fee such as Throne chair, kids table and chairs, linen for tables, marquee number and much more items. Please make sure when adding time frame you include your set up and breakdown in your time chosen. Also please note if alcohol consumption you must have a license bartender. If you hire someone on your own they must show proof of insurance and add us for the day of the event. Also please be advised that we do check ID to confirm the guest that booked the reservation. Also we will have a checklist to sign of walkthrough before event and after.

The space is cleaned and sanitized after every event. Guest must do the following: __Remove all decorations __Remove all trash from tables and place in trash bin __ Remove anything left in Fridge __ Make sure no there is no trash outside door, hallway and parking lot left from your guest __Make sure all your belongs are taken anything left in venue we are not responsible for
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
