This unique and contemporary venue offers flexible space for all of your needs. From intimate gatherings to large scale events, Soundpost can accommodate up to 340 guests. Perfect for weddings, corporate events, anniversaries, and more. Our space offers a modern atmosphere with exceptional service.

Parking description
Our parking lot features over 180 parking spots that are dedicated to the Soundpost venue.
Space does not have natural light
Lighting description
There are windows but they are too far from the "general space" to make that big of a difference. They are in the offices but not the open space where you'd be recording.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
There is no soundproofing though it is generally very quiet in the space as no nearby buildings are close. There is considerable sound from the AC unit but this can be turned off during recording and turned back on after each take.

Equipment loading description
The front double door opens up, leaving plenty of width for wide loads. No ramp required, just roll right on in.
Staging area is available
We have both a changing/make-up room, as well as a sound room, and a conference room.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
Just our private office that belongs to the event space manager.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
There are outlets on every wall, in every room. The breakers can not be accessed without the help of the owner/manager.
Circuit breaker can not be accessed
General Rules
No smoking inside the building.
All furniture that's moved needs to be put back in place.
Catering preferred, outside caterers or self-provided food is allowed.
Garbage must be taken out for all events where food is served/provided (including snacks).
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
We require that you get your own insurance.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
You can move furniture, all we ask is that you put it back in place.
As for decorations we can discuss beforehand if we need to move anything for you as we don't allow this to be moved otherwise.
Smoke machines are allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
Our space has 4 security cameras that record both video and audio. They're located at the 4 corners of our open space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Our space is deep cleaned by professional cleaners between every event.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
