1. Pre-Booking Cleaning: Before each booking, our dedicated cleaning team thoroughly sanitizes and cleans the entire space. This includes all surfaces, high-touch areas, and equipment. 2. Enhanced Cleaning Measures: We use cleaning products to disinfect all frequently touched surfaces, such as doorknobs, light switches, tables, and chairs. 3. Ventilation: We ensure proper ventilation by opening windows and doors, when possible, to allow fresh air circulation. 5. Restrooms: Restrooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, with a particular focus on faucets, handles, and fixtures. 6. Common Areas: Common areas and shared spaces, if applicable, are regularly cleaned and sanitized.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
