History of the space: New photo/video studio for podcasters, photographers, videographers, creatives, etc looking for a business that creates a comfortable and affordable space to create Logistics: Medium sized room 10 people max Access to business meeting rooms What's included: TV Green Screen Wall Table Black couch Director chair Speaker & connectors 2 Light stands 2 Mic Stand 2 Camera Stand Digital Wall Clock Movie Clapboard ADD-ON EQUIPMENT: 2 Microphones ( $15 each ) 2 Table mic stand ( $10 each ) 4 Mic Clips ( $5 each ) Booking Details: Studio can be booked up to 10 hours per day. 2 hour minimum, meaning 1-hour or less bookings can not be booked. $50 nonrefundable deposit is required in order for studio to be booked. (The $50 deposit is counted towards your total balance. Ex: For a service that costs $90, after your $50 deposit is made, your remaining balance will be $40). Remaining balance to be paid when checking in, prior to studio usage.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
