Located just a two minute drive from I 75, this incredible space is uniquely designed to accommodate almost any function you can think of. With roughly 4500sq ft of space, a bar and service area, multiple TVs, a bluetooth audio system, a stage, plus access to an attached deck with it's own small bar, our venue offers everything needed for an incredible experience. Make your next event an unforgettable experience by choosing our venue. Parking description

We have 45 parking spaces around our building, plus we have an agreement with a shopping area that is right behind us to use their lot as overflow.

The windows and doors can be opened, or we do have blackout curtains on our windows.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

This is a concrete and brick area with a wood facade. There is no added soundproofing, but It is extremely quiet in the venue room. There are windows and doors, so there is always the possibility for sound leakage.

There is not a loading zone, but we have double doors leading straight onto the parking lot.

We do have a conference room or office suite in the attached building that can be converted into changing/makeup rooms.

We have multiple outlets throughout the venue room, and the breaker is accessible from the main event space.

General Rules

No smoking in the building. No violence, vandalism, or destruction of property. Outside catering, and entertainment are allowed, or you can use one of our preferred vendors.

All ages are allowed in the space

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Smoke machines are allowed

No nudity allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

We have an extensive camera system. There are 2 inside the event hall, 1 in the exterior deck area, multiple exterior on the parking areas and extended deck. Multiple in the attached office building. No cameras in the bathrooms or changing areas. They will be on for your safety.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Surfaces are cleaned and disinfected before events.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
