Beautiful Photo Studio with Industrial wood floors and Large Windows

Our studio is a historic industrial building and is perfect for small to medium-sized photo or video projects. With 1100 ft of dedicated shooting space, 14 ft walls, and 2 bay windows, you can flood the space with natural light or black it out. The studio has incredible 105-year-old wood floors and brick-framed 12x12 industrial windows. The natural light changes throughout the year, but its always magical! ***There will be a studio manager on site*** The location of the building is in an industrial area, but is close Alameda where there are ample shops and restaurants offering delivery. There is an outdoor seating area great for having lunch with your team and/or clients. What grip is included with each rental? Two 20" and two 40 " C-stands, sandbags, four full apple boxes, and a 4-foot seamless of various colors. PLEASE NOTE: The seamless we provide is rotating and typically leftovers from other shoots. If you have a specific color/size, please bring your own roll. If you don't know where to buy seamless reach out! We can provide you with a couple of local shops, or we can buy what you need for an additional fee. Additional grip/gear is available for a fee. If you don't see what you're looking for below, message the host, and we will gladly help you with your production needs. The building has a freight elevator perfect for moving large, bulky items. The freight elevator will be operated by the host. There are also ample shopping carts and flatbeds for easy load-in. Full kitchen, Espresso machine with our very own roasted coffee, tasty high-end filtered water, in-suite bathroom, and additional public restrooms on each floor. We have gigabit internet for quick uploads and downloads. Tabletop shooters: We do have a small collection of surfaces and risers available.
