About the Space
OUTDOOR USE ONLY... The outdoor space can be used for weddings, children's party, or other events suitable for outdoors. The layout is a flat open backyard space about 1 acre. It's a huge open space that can be used creatively for events such as weddings, parties, etc. The following spaces are available for use: - Pebble-rock area (aka The Beach) has a firepit with lights - Patio area - Gazebo **** Bathroom/Washroom **** - ADA approved outdoor porta potty is required when reserving an event - Must select one or both types from Add-on section. At least one is required. - Client is responsible for payment of porta potty Alcohol license - Client is responsible for obtaining a 1 day alcohol license through county. - Assistance will be provided to obtain license Venue - For all events, client is responsible for their own: - Caterer - DJ and music - Tents - Chairs - and all other accommodations for their event

This is an open, safe outdoor space that can accommodate large gathering of guests. We take all precaution and alert guests about our safety protocol.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
