About the Space
Welcome to Baltimore's newest coffee house with modern appeal. The shop is scheduled to open in Spring 2024, but available now for small events. Its a quaint little boutique coffee shop in the heart of State Center. As you enter the front of this 3 unit building, the shop is on the first level (up about 5 steps). The main door opens to the customer seating area. This area has 5 tables with seating for 2 at each. There is also a high countertop at the front window, with seating for 4. Tables can be rearranged to the center to allow for conference meetings or other events requiring a conference table. One smart television is wall mounted in this area for customer use. Walking back to the rear of the space is an open area with counter tops for customer use. This space will eventually be the barista/cashier area, but at the moment offers plenty of counter space for catering. This space includes a microwave, 2 x minifridges, and a freezer. There is a closet, but it will be locked and not available for customers. Between these areas is a single restroom and will be stocked with soap, paper towels, toilet paper and some cleaning products under the sink for customer use.

Professional cleaners complete an in depth cleaning between each booking. The entire space is disinfected and all surfaces are cleaned.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
