About the Space
Collaborative space for brainstorming ideas or creating content. Or if you just need a place to braid your clients hair or meet a massage client so that you don't have to travel too far. Cozy but spacious with enough room for a small group. Includes kitchen space with a bar area so that meetings don't have to be had on an empty stomach. Wi-Fi available. Typically quiet location day or night so be mindful and respect the environmental ambience. Security on site. This space is available for: - photo/film shoots - content creation - vlogging - film shoots - cooking videos - meeting clients - hair stylists who need a place for client meetings - massage therapists who need a place for client meetings - commercials - brainstorming (small group) - writing (small group or personal) - meetings (small group) - decompression wait out traffic (add'l fee) - etc Please reach out if you have any questions or are interested. Parking description
Free parking on both sides of the street in front of the J Building. It is limited and first come first serve so I encourage limiting the number of vehicles that need to accommodate those participating in your project.

Lighting description
In the living room there is a glass balcony door with sheer white curtains . There are also blackout curtains if you don't prefer the natural light.
In the bedroom there are white blinds that can be opened or pulled up to bring in more natural light. Gray blackout curtains for when you don't.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
This is a condo space. It is socially quiet a majority of the time, but not necessarily production quiet so you will want to bring equipment that will reduce that for you if this is important to you.

Equipment loading description
You would need to take the elevator or carry it up the stairs in the stairwell if it is being serviced or if what you need to bring in is too large for the elevator.
The bathroom has a large rectangular mirror - there are available chairs in the space for preparing I front of the mirror.
Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed
Electrical system description
Circut breaker is in the bedroom closet. There are numerous outlets and many outlets with surge protectors

There is an elevator, but if it is being serviced - must be able to take the stairs.
Washer & Dryer access upon request for additional fee.
Unless you are paying the additional $15/hour (Decompress | Wait out traffic Option) you may utilize the bedroom for your filming but please do not sleep or utilize the bed during the production process as it is for overnight short term rental stays, Decompression bookings ONLY.
You are responsible for your guests while in the condo and on the complex's property.
30-minute grace period allowed BUT IF NEEDED MUST BE COMMUNICATED so that the next client can be made aware. Staying on the premises beyond the agreed upon extension period is considered trespassing and will be handled expeditiously according to TX law.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Coffee table, Dining Chairs, Bar chairs can be moved as long as they are placed back as you found them.
Ask first about the living room chair being moved.
Ask first about the dining table being moved.
Unless you pay extra the bed in the bedroom is off limits for anything related to moving it, scenes in it, etc... This is a short term rental space as well and the bed is for overnight stays or decompression (wait out traffic) bookings.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
This space is cleaned in between bookings with disinfecting cleaning products such as bleach and Lysol to combat germs. These cleaning products are also made available to the client during the booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
