Our Space Step into a space where modern design meets intentionality. With its open layout and flexible setup, The Bardo is designed to adapt to your event’s unique needs. Here’s what you’ll love: Audio Setup: DJ-quality speakers and microphones ensure every sound resonates. Cozy Kitchenette: Featuring a sink, griddle, toaster oven, and fridge—perfect for reheating dishes or prepping light snacks. Mocktail Bar: Our handcrafted, non-alcoholic botanical beverages are anything but ordinary. Add a dash of elegance to your event with drink curation ($6/person). Seating for up to 50 guests, a 120-inch projector, TVs, and customizable lighting make it easy to set the stage for whatever atmosphere you envision. Add-On Services Take your event to the next level with: Projection Mapping Technology ($55/hour): Transform the walls into dynamic visual storytelling canvases. Sound Bath Experiences ($150 flat fee): Immerse your guests in soothing vibrations for a moment of calm. Experience Design Consultation ($200 flat fee): Let us help you create an event that’s as immersive as it is unforgettable. A Few Extra Details We’ve designed The Bardo to feel seamless for your event planning: Wi-Fi: Perfect for streaming or hybrid events. Essentials on Hand: Serving utensils and cups are available upon request. Food & Beverage Guidelines: Outside food is welcome, with on-site reheating available. Non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase, adding a touch of flavor to your gathering. Space is cleaned after every event to ensure safety and cleanliness for all patrons and visitors.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
