About the Space

Centrally located between Minneapolis, Saint Paul and MSP airport our accommodation offers convenience, comfort, and contemporary style. 5 minute walk from Lake Nokomis which offers a beautiful sunset skyline view of Minneapolis. Under 1,000 square feet of open space and lots of natural light. Primarily an airbnb, but great for small gatherings or lifestyle photo shoot. Primary shooting locations in the home are living room, kitchen and nook. The living room is midcentury modern, lots of windows and natural light. You'll find a modern kitchen and nook adjacent to the living room. Quality and cleanliness are our priorities.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:

We used this space for a General Mills shoot and absolutely loved it. Spencer was great and everything went as smooth as it possibly could have. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy place to shoot.
