- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

Here's a revised version of the review: This space is fantastic! The onsite studio managers make communication seamless and quick. Loading our equipment was a breeze, thanks to the convenient parking right in front of the studio. The space was exactly as described, and we were able to host multiple interviews with minimal outside noise—great soundproofing!

Ten Studios was really a pleasure to work with. Robert met us about 10 minutes before our studio time to greet the team and bring us into the studio. The studio was spacious and accommodating with a waiting room, kitchen area, and multiple bathrooms. All the equipment that was available for our use was in good condition. The other Ten Studio members who were there made sure to check in on us and see if we needed anything. I definitely recommend this studio for anyone looking for a large, well kept space to be creative. Thanks Robert and the Ten Studios team!!
