Eight cars can fit in the rear of house/driveway. There is additional parking on the street.

The lighting is beautiful during the day. All windows have drapery that covers the window fully for intimate events and can be opened for full window exposure allowing the sun to light the rooms up.

The neighbors can't hear if the party is indoors. no the home is located on a residential street. Thier is no loud noises in the home from the appliances..

Stairs, Ground Floor

Yes, through the front door. No, the front entrance doesn't have a ramp. Yes, all trucks need to be parked on the street once items are unloaded from truck.

Upstairs bedroom

The attic is off limits and have a DO NOT enter sign on the door.

Good Outlets are throughout the house at least 2 outlets in each room. The circuit breaker is in the basement.

No smoking in the building (outside area available) Outside catering is allowed No massive crowds No nails on walls OVERTIME Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated, and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. If possible, we will extend your stay based on availability. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is added to any booking, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in. Please take great care of our space and all furniture and equipment so we can keep offering the same great rate to customers like you. Kindly refrain from using tape, sticky tack, nails, screws, staples or penetrating items on our walls. Photos will be taken before and after each event. FURNITURE / PHOTOGRAPHER BACKDROP Furniture is allowed to be moved by guests within the space but can't be moved outside of the space. If you choose to move furniture around, please make sure to put it together in the same way you found it in the end of the event. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. MUSIC If you plan on playing music during your event. Activities in the space may not exceed 75 decibels. Failure to comply will result in the immediate termination of your event. SALES The sale of tickets/admission for any kind of activity and/or the sale of any type of alcohol is strictly forbidden in this space. This space is for private events only. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space or in front of the building, smoking is permitted in the back of the building only. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke. This space is for private activities only and must be confined to the space itself. Activities in the space may not exceed 75 decibels. Failure to comply will result in the immediate termination of your event. ** Please refer to Peerspace Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
