About the Space
We are a Commuinty Based Nonprofit providing services to the youth of Detroit. While we are not providing services in our beautifully decorated residential community center, our space is open to the community to rent. You will have full access to a 1700 square foot space located in the heart of Detroit close to local freeways, less than 10 minutes from Downtown. Home Rental for any event. An open floor plan ideal for community meetings, corporate retreats, launch parties, bridal and baby showers, family gatherings, vision board parties, intimate dinners outdoor movie nights, bonfires, podcast, photo shoots, parties, and more. We have a very large backyard with 4 large fire pits, lawn furniture, BBQ grill, corn hole, lawn bowling. Home has 3 large flat screen TVS, lounging areas and dining on both floors. Your rental also comes with two speaker, two mic, 10 Rectangular Tables and 40 chairs.

The unit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each event. Hand soap and sanitizer will be available for use for all functions.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
