About the Space
A studio space so cozy you'll feel like you could live in it. Great for intimate portrait sessions, content creation, product photography or UGC. The space includes an all white shooting space, living room, dressing area, vanity, private restroom, and a coffee station to help your day run smoothly. You are welcome to use any props, lights or furnishings that are out and available to you (additional special items available in the add on section). Make yourself a delicious coffee and enjoy this cozy space! Located on Main Street - walking distance from tons of food, coffee, shopping, and the Trailways Bus Station. *Please note this is my own studio/office that I run my photography business out of. Availability may be limited.*

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
