About the Space
A very well loved home, with an endearing name called "the OBX." Not to be confused with the Outerbanks, but this home makes for cherished memories and great hosting opportunities in a quiet neighborhood in Long Beach. This quintessential southern California home is just the right pick for you. The rooms are bright with natural sunlight and big windows. Backyard is spacious with two places to gather, the lounge/couch area or the outdoor dining/table space. Very lovely in every way! - High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I hosted my sister's bridal shower & Ashleigh and her roommate were so accommodating and answered all my questions promptly. I even got to tour the space beforehand! It is such a beautiful space. The kitchen and dining table have enough space for catering trays. I brought umbrellas for the backyard due to the summertime. Everyone loved the space so much & someone asked for the link to host their event later this year :) Thank you for a great experience!

Ashleigh was a great host. She was personable upon meeting her, she gave a tour of the home prior to booking the space to make sure it was right for us. Communication was on point, and the house was just what we needed. We would definitely book again.

The pictures of the space don't do it justice! Not only is the home beautiful and inviting, the host was such a great one! This was my first booking here on Peerspace and it was such a pleasant experience. I was happy to come across this space and our guests kept raving about it even after our event. Our host was very accommodating and wanted us to have a great experience which made all the difference. Communication was on-point and she even made time to greet us the day of the event. If you're questioning rather to book here or not, look no further as long as you can respect their rules and home!
