General Rules
Welcome to The Experience at 923! To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following rules:
Respectful Conduct: Please be considerate of fellow guests, staff, and the property. Any form of harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
No Smoking: Our venue is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Designated smoking areas are available outside; please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
Alcohol Consumption: If alcohol is served at the event, guests must be of legal drinking age and consume responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting signs of intoxication.
Noise Levels: Please be mindful of noise levels to respect the comfort of other guests and neighboring areas. Keep music and other audio at reasonable levels, especially during late hours.
Security Checks: For the safety of all attendees, we may conduct security checks at the entrance. Your cooperation is appreciated.
Parking: Follow designated parking areas and be mindful of other vehicles. Overnight parking may have specific guidelines, so please check with staff if needed.
Cleanliness: Help us maintain a clean environment by disposing of trash in provided bins. If you notice any spills or issues, please inform a staff member.
Guest Capacity: Adhere to the specified guest capacity for the designated event space to ensure everyone's safety and comfort.

Pre-Event Preparation
Thorough Inspection: Our team conducts a detailed inspection of the event space before each gathering to identify any areas that may require special attention. All tables, chairs, and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before the event begins.
During the Event
Continuous Monitoring: Our staff monitors the event space to address any spills or cleanliness issues promptly.
Restroom Maintenance: Restrooms are regularly checked and maintained throughout the event to ensure cleanliness.
Post-Event Cleaning
Efficient Breakdown: After the event concludes, our team efficiently breaks down the setup while paying attention to cleanliness. All surfaces, including tables and countertops, are cleaned and sanitized to maintain a hygienic environment.
Floor Care: Floors are thoroughly cleaned, and any debris or spills are promptly addressed.
Trash Removal: All trash and recyclables are properly disposed of, and bins are emptied.
Periodic deep cleaning is conducted to ensure a high level of cleanliness over time.
Carpets, upholstery, and other fabric surfaces are cleaned as needed.
Ventilation systems and air filters are regularly inspected and maintained.
Collaboration with Clients:
We work closely with event organizers to understand any specific cleaning requirements or preferences.
Special Requests: If there are specific areas or items that need special attention, we accommodate such requests.
Our cleaning processes are designed to create a welcoming and hygienic environment for all events. If you have any specific concerns or requests regarding cleanliness, please feel free to communicate them with our staff, and we will do our best to accommodate them."
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
