GRILL/SERVING AREA On site you will have access to a built in grill area that includes a Treager, Blaze flat top, and Primo BBQ (charcoal included for additional cost), and one mini refrigerator for beverages. Along with a large counter space for serving and/or beverage center. GARAGE Access to garage from backyard features a full size refrigerator, freezer, storage, and access to indoors for bathroom. Security cameras are recording in for garage. KITCHEN If your event requires a kitchen, there is an ADD-ON option to the main house kitchen for catering/chef access ONLY. The kitchen opens directly to the covered patio for easy backyard access. It is fully furnished for all your catering needs. Please reach out if there are specific kitchen items necessary. MUSIC Backyard is equipped with 3 sonos speakers throughout the space that can be accessed through the sonos app for all your musical needs. POOL/SPA Our salt water pool and spa gives the perfect ambiance to this Seaside Villino. The pool at its deepest is only 4 feet **NO DIVING** Whether you and your guests choose to swim or get your feet wet we have a place for everyone. Beach entry for easy access along with a baja shelf and umbrella for relaxing. The spa is spacious and comfortably fits 6-8 people. When the evening hits the lights in the pool give the perfect glow to sit fire side. Heating of the pool and spa available as an ADD ON option. TURF The large turf area offers ample space for children to run and play, while adults can engage in friendly competitions or find a quiet corner to unwind. Its versatility ensures that any event, from birthday parties to casual get-togethers, can be comfortably accommodated. LIGHTING The entire perimeter of the yard is fixed with automatic lighting along with overhead string lights over the grass area. The pool and spa give the perfect glow to provide a memorable night. FURNITURE Furniture that is included consists of one couch, two outdoor swivel chairs, and a table for 6 with chairs under the patio. Beautiful oversized outdoor chairs for around the fire pit (with an additional 8 plastic adirondacks in garage), and cushions for seating area at the open air fireplace. PARKING You may park 2 cars in the driveway. All others must park on the street. Parking is free and plentiful. Please DO NOT block driveways.
