Newly Renovated Multipurpose Room w/ Bathroom
About the Space
Our newly renovated multipurpose room is a functional space with L-shaped couch & chair perfect for small group meetings (up to 6 people), private workspace, band rehearsals, some audio recording, or even a cowriting space for singers/songwriters. You may find that pop of color inspiring. We are open to other uses -- please feel free to inquire. Note for small group meetings, we do have 4 folding chairs available in addition to the couch & chair pictured in the space. Host, engineer (of any sort), and hands (including loading) are not provided. Please be prepared to work independently. Space is available 9 AM - 9 PM. As it is connected to a second studio space and residential neighborhood, end time is hard stop. No exceptions, unfortunately. Private entry. Private bathroom with bidet. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
