The Vogue is a Jazzy, spacious, 2 Story town house, 3 Bedroom, 2 bath, FREE parking, lots of yard space and a private closed in Patio. This home has everything your family will need and more. Parking description
The unit comes with two assigned parking spots for your convenience. In addition to there are extra visitor parking spaces available, as well as convenient side street parking.
General Rules
- No Smoking please.
- No parties in our house please.
- No firearms are allowed in our houses.
-We ask that our guests don't allow any extra guests in the house, except for the guests you have listed who are staying with you. However, if any of the rules are broken you will be reported to Peerspace and fined $200 and ask to leave.
-Please clean up behind yourself in the common areas such as the kitchen and bathroom and do not leave pesonal items behind . You MUST clean up your own bodily fluids or accidents and it is NEVER ok to leave it for your host or another guest and there is plenty of cleaning products in the bathroom and common areas to do so. Leaving behind bodily such as vomit, urine, feces or blood in the shared/common areas or in your room will incur a minimum $200 biohazarad cleaning fee.
- Assigned parking instructions will be sent out along with check-in instructions. Please send the year,make and model and license plate number of your vehicle.

Security cameras are mounted on the exterior of the property solely for security purposes, and they are actively in operation.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
